There is a saying that "you cannot buy experience". Well you can but it will be someone else's. Imagine for a moment if we all kept our experiences to ourselves? Who would grow? Who would learn? I would love to be able to able to build a car from scratch but the reality is it would cost me an awful lot of time & money before I could enjoy it. Therefore, to be pragmatic & economical with my resources I decide to purchase a car made by a specialist.

Information on Planning and Building Design matters is no different. There will come a time when you have exhausted your ability to absorb all the free information and research available. To now go off 'half cocked' with only one bullet in the chamber could lead to failure.
