For a modest £50.00 fee (payable via paypal) you can either speak to me on the telephone or send me an email explaining your query and situation (preferred) where I will take a view and offer an opinion on how you can use the PD system or whether it can apply to your particular situation. If it requires a further follow up chat or email that is also included.

This service is offered to homeowners wishing to extend or have got into trouble, Developers, Architectural Service Providers and other interested parties such as neighbours whom may be affected by such PD works and wish to query its legitimacy.

If you want to use this service you agree to the following terms:-

1 - Payment must be made prior to contacting me. Click the paypal link below. Make a record of any receipt offered.

2 - Make contact via email or telephone as you choose. If I can respond immediately via telephone I will do (as in most cases). Alternatively you may have to ring back or I will contact you later.
