Dirty trick No. 9:- Your application plans do not conform or clarify all the conditions of PD

Many Planners are in fact very helpful with regard to this aspect. The pro-active Planning Authorities will make contact with the applicant or their agent to raise such matters of clarity ready for amended plans.

Others will not and simply process the application plans on the information originally provided and any PD conditions not stated will be reason enough for refusing to issue a C of LD.

Suggestion:- Overstate and over clarify every PD point and condition on the PD application drawings.
